This is a household favorite and kids go crazy for this low carb recipe. Crispy chicken tenders have never tasted so good. No need for high carb fried chicken when you can make homemade low carb baked chicken tenders.

Ingredients Keto chicken tenders
  • 1 lb chicken tenders
  • 1 egg
  • ¼ cup heavy cream
  • ¾ cup ground almonds, or almond meal
  • 1 tablespoon parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • coconut oil or avocado oil

Instructions Keto chicken tenders
  • In a large bowl beat in the egg with heavy cream. Set aside.
  • In another bowl combine ground almonds, parmesan cheese, dried oregano and salt and pepper to taste. Mix well.
  • Take piece of chicken tender and dip It in the beaten egg mixture and then roll it in ground almond mixture
  • Set each piece on a baking pan lined with parchment paper.
  • Drizzle with oil on top of each piece of chicken tender.
  • Bake in preheated oven at 350 F degrees or 180 C degrees for about 20-25 minutes.
